I placed my order for the Smart desk during lunch, and it showed up the very next morning at 8:30. The customer service was top-notch, and the product is fantastic for the price. I’ll surely suggest them and wouldn’t think twice about shopping with them again.

Koble's customer support is truly outstanding. We had an issue with our package getting lost during delivery, and I was hitting a wall with the courier. So, I reached out to Koble directly, and they took the reins to track it down for me. They followed through on everything they promised and kept me in the loop the whole time. In the end, they even sent out a replacement that arrived super fast, even though the mix-up wasn’t their fault. Absolutely first-rate service, I’d definitely recommend them!

The desk I got came in damaged because of how it was packed. They set up a fast replacement, but sadly, that one was also damaged in the same spot, thanks to the packaging. Luckily, their customer service was top-notch, and they swiftly sent a new desk top that arrived in perfect condition. Now that I finally have it, I’m really pleased with the desk. Their customer service was quick, friendly, and efficient, but it’s a bummer that I ended up with two broken items at first.

I grabbed the Sove smart bed during a sale for £499. Even though the dimensions are listed in the description, you really can’t tell the total height until you pick a mattress, so it turned out to be a bit taller than I thought. The under-bed lighting is fantastic; my son can easily find his way to the bathroom at night. The sound quality from the speakers is also impressive. Now, a few weeks later, I see the bed is being offered in outlet stores for just £249 at Furniture Discount UK. I kinda wish I hadn’t rushed into buying it, as saving £250 would’ve made a big difference with those utility bills coming up.

The person I spoke to after my order, which was sadly out of stock, was super helpful and nice. She suggested a good alternative. So, I gotta give her five stars – absolutely!!!

The desk itself is solid quality, but they didn’t mention that a mouse won’t function on the glass top. This detail should definitely be included in the product description, but it’s not there. Customer service recommended I get a mouse mat or a pricey mouse that would actually work, which kinda defeats the purpose of having a sleek, streamlined desk and clutters up the controls and wireless charger. It’s really a design oversight. Shouldn’t Koble think about providing a mouse mat or a compatible mouse since most won’t work on this desk?

I do like the desk, but I’d recommend a few tweaks.

The item is decent, but I was let down by the mouse not functioning well on the surface, which is a problem for a desk. I ended up buying a pad, and now everything's fine, but you'd think when getting a desk, one of its main uses would be for the mouse to work properly... It would be great if Koble offered accessories like pads that fit around the smart buttons on the desk. Other than that, I'm happy with it - the delivery was also quite good, although the delivery company's email was separate, so mine ended up in junk, and I almost missed the deadline to respond.

Once I shot over my first question regarding the various smart desk options, I ended up putting in an order and now I'm just waiting for it to show up. The support team was super informative and really guided me in making my choice; honestly, if it weren't for their help, I might have held off. But hey, that discount was a nice bonus! 🙂

Incredible. This desk is fantastic! The dimensions are just right, and it feels solid. With the charging ports and wireless charging, I can cut down on the number of cords and outlets I need. The operation is seamless and silent. The delivery process was a breeze and right on time!

This table is pretty awesome, packed with features and built well. The only hassle I faced was that the legs weren't placed in the right sleeves before assembly, but once I figured that out, it was a breeze to set up. I'd definitely suggest it!
